MEET THE TEAM
Our coaches all hold degrees in the field and have extensive experience working within the SFP system.
Founder and Director
Frank has been a sports performance coach since 2001. During that time he has trained professional athletes from the ranks of MLB, the NBA, and the NHL. He regularly consults for Equinox Fitness Clubs and is an expansion team presenter for Functional Movement Systems (FMS). Frank graduated from SUNY Brockport with a Health Science and Physical Education degree in 2001. He is an adjunct professor at Suffolk County Community College and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA since 2004.
T.J. started his tenure at Sports and Fitness Performance as an intern in early 2012. He completed his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College where he played football. T.J. is now a head coach at SFP and brings a special brand of motivation and fun to his training sessions.
Joe started his tenure at Sports and Fitness Performance as an intern in late 2012. He completed his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Hofstra University. Joe is now a head coach at SFP and specializes in working with semi-private training as well as group training.
Anthony started his tenure at Sports and Fitness Performance as an intern in early 2013. He completed his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Salisbury University. Anthony is now a head coach at SFP and brings an intense desire for learning and helping clients achieve their goals.
