SFP Coaching Intensive — an immersive, hands-on experience that walks through the movement-first performance system used with schools, athletes, and programs at multiple levels. Practical by design.

FMS / FCS Private Courses — Frank Dolan is a certified FMS/FCS Instructor. If you want to learn to administer and interpret the Functional Movement Screen at a professional level, this is the right starting point. Certification offered through Functional Movement Systems.
Workshops and Staff Training — available for coaching staffs, athletic departments, and fitness organizations looking for targeted education on movement, performance, and athlete development.
