Every SFP engagement starts with a Functional Movement Screen — a systematic evaluation of how the body moves, where limitations exist, and what needs to be addressed before load is added. No guesswork. No generic templates.

We build around what we find

From the assessment, we build an individualized program — for the athlete, the team, or the coach. Every exercise, every progression, and every corrective has a reason behind it. The program is specific because the person is specific.
