* Missed sessions will not carry over to following weeks

* Be sure to schedule in advance and select "age appropriate" sessions.

* Athlete Group Session time slots will increase with enrollment

* Sessions are scheduled on the ONLINE SCHEDULER or using the MOBILE APP

* You can set up recurring sessions or choose different days each week.
